The spacious room was comfortable, and the cleanliness throughout the hotel was commendable. I also appreciated the nice staff who were always eager to help and answer my questions.

Big brand-new hotel with a favourable and absolutely perfect location and new-fashioned rooms. The staff were incredibly welcoming and super-friendly and the design was very modern. The rooms with comfortable bed. Location right by a quiet area and the Rosengarten park. Good experience there.

Would love to return, loved this place, thank you very much. Functional place overall, it is reasonably clean, location is exceptionally nice and excellent right in front of bus stand. Staff is amicable and you can park your car next to the hotel.

Rooftop views and cozy corners

Waking up to the good aroma of fresh pancakes at breakfast was a highlight. The rooftop bar offered amazing views of Bern.

Our room was a bit noisy due to street traffic, and we struggled with the air conditioning. It felt outdated and was difficult to adjust during warmer nights.

Fab central location close to city centre/ Bern's main train station, the center and the Paul Klee museum, and the historical city centre.

The rooftop bar serves up amazing views over Bern while you sip on a delicious cocktail. The spacious room was equipped with a design shower that gives you that rainforest feel, and having a Coop supermarket right next door is a huge bonus for quick snacks!

The location is awesome, with a bus stop right outside making it super easy to explore the area. Our room was spacious, giving us a good night's sleep, and the staff were really friendly and helpful with any questions we had. Loved the rooftop bar too!

The breakfast included a pancake machine that was a good surprise, along with an excellent selection of fresh local produce. We found the staff to be genuinely helpful throughout our time, assisting with everything from local transport to making our stay comfortable. One thing to note is the lack of air conditioning that might be a concern during warmer seasons.

The 'strictly no early check-in' policy had me pacing like a caged cat. And honestly, a bit more chit-chat from the staff would have been nice, rather than their 'business as usual' vibe.
